Reconstruction of dance

Some notes regarding the format of this reconstruction:

In the way we have reconstructed this here, we are clearly aiming for accuracy with respect to the original dance, and have preserved all versions of the dance throughout. This is not intended to be a single, danceable version (though such may perhaps be put here, too, soon).
The first column (labeled "Smith Section[s]") indicates a block of the dance. Within the section for any particular set of "Smith Sections", there may be several blocks, delineated by seperate notes in the column, "Alternative comments." These are somewhat interchangeable, and should be labeled as to from what source they come.
Comments that indicate direction of motion are generally put under "General comments," though if said directions differ from source to source, some may be put under "Alternative comments."
